Girl on chair
Sketch of random girl, but with no references used! I'm very proud to be able to draw without references now.
Sketch of Goblin by Runalicious
Sketch of Goblin
Was practicing nose-anatomy and then this guy happened. My very first goblin character created entirely from imagination without using references! I is very proud of him. :3

He doesn't have a name, but he's definitely a goblin assassin, and he prides himself the number of Elves he's murdered and on the brutal ways he's done so! The earring symbolizes an especially proud moment for him: An Elven dagger than he once managed to snatch from an elf and brutally cut off both his ears, before cutting him and leaving him to die.

He loves to wear the earring to this way mock the elves through his memory and while boasting.

Hi deviantart!

Thought I'd raise a little issue that I've been thinking of lately: The fact that I seem to work groundbreakingly slow. Am I the only one who easily take 6-8 hours on a piece containing pencilwork and colouring? If that can even do it. Or am I just slow?

I feel I've spent forever on my latest work which was a christmascard - it did have a lot of details, but I spent days on it and once I was done I even felt I should've invested more time in it. Anyone reckognize that feeling??? Please? :D
